Self-proclaimed "prime-time, big-time, front and center, opening-night celebrity" Elegant Elliot Offen is suing the Intercontinental Hotels Group for $21 million after he says he was "ambushed and sandbagged" by bellboys who took offense at the sight of a man in a black G-string, pantyhose and heels.
"I'm in New York every day in my G-string and people are pulsating, palpitating and salivating," Offen said. "They can't get enough of me."
