Stern Leaving Sirius??????

Howard explodes about re-signing – “Its time to leave!”

Reporters are running wild about Howard re-signing with Sirius XM. He hasn’t yet, and his contract expires in a year, so speculation is everywhere.

“I don’t even know if I’m going to re-sign here, I’ve been reading weird shit,” Howard said, “I need to get out of this whole thing, this whole thing is a mess.”

Most reports are crappy, with a lot of them saying Sirius XM can’t afford Howard anymore, so he’ll get a smaller contract this time, and Sirius XM CEO Mel Karmazin hinted he wants Howard to work more.

All this talk made Howard mental, so he exploded, and took pot shots at the company.

“I’m not negotiating with anybody. I don’t even need to be here,” Howard shouted, “There’s nothing to negotiate, its time to leave!”

It didn’t stop. “I’m finished, I don’t want to work anymore, I’m leaving,” Howard roared, “I’m going to sign with a company that’s stock price is 75 cents, so I can make some money!

He swears Sirius XM doesn’t need him. “This company will do fine without me,” he said, “They’re going to have no problem.”

And Howard is annoyed with all the “shenanigans” Sirius XM is doing behind his back right now, like President and Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein, the guy who barks when he talks, asking Gary about doing the “Gary Dell’Abate Show.”

Plus Howard doesn’t know if Artie could even handle him re-signing. “Poor Artie is not going to survive another contract,” Howard insisted, “He looks half dead today!”

But mid rant, Howard did offer a little hope, saying, “I’d like to continue on if it was the right circumstances.” Fingers crossed, or this blog is fucked, hard!
